There are some key terms we need to understand when creating Bots;
-
Bot Name and Description
When creating Bots, you must first enter the Bot name and Description before setting your condition and triggering an action.

-
Conditions
You need to set conditions before an action can be triggered, to do so, select the field name and input the parameters, you can also add a condition using the "And"/"Or" symbols under the set conditions with the same field name using the plus symbol next to the condition.

-
Add Another Condition
You set new conditions with a different field name and parameters in this case.

-
Action
Every workflow automation has a trigger and an action (or multiple actions). Let's look at an example: "When a status matches Active, send a mail". As you can see, a condition was set for certain steps to be taken or a triggered action, the step taken is considered an "Action"
๐ก Note: In workflow automation, you can trigger an action by using integrations or Bot actions.

-
Capabilities
It is necessary to identify the operation that can be performed after an action has been triggered. in other words, tell us what the action can do.

-
Parameters
Set your action value, specifying its conditions.
๐ก Note: After setting the parameters, you can toggle the advance settings button, which shows Blocked by and Depends on.
-
Blocked by
For blocked by, A Bot action must be paused before setting another.
-
Depends on
in this case, a bot action must have completed its tasks before setting another one to avoid overriding.
-
Schedule action
Using the Bot action advanced settings, you can have it run at a specific time or more frequently by setting a regular interval of the minutes, days, hours, weeks, and months.
