Create your first board

A board is one of the most important parts of Quabbly. A board houses and organizes all your workflow, process, and database.

You can create a board on Quabbly in two ways :

1. Start from Scratch.

2. Use a template.

We will be looking into the different methods of creating a board next. ⏭

• Start From Scratch

If you are looking to create a custom board, then this is the method for you. This method allows you to express your creativity. You will have to build up your board from the ground- creating all fields and records without a pre-existing format.

Here's how to create a board from the scratch;

STEP 1: Log in to your Quabbly account.

STEP 2: Click on the Create Board group button on the homepage.

STEP 3:Name your board group

STEP 4: Then click on Create.

STEP 5: Click on the board group you just created.

STEP 6: Then click on the create board button

STEP 7: Fill in the details like Board name and description

STEP 8: Click on create

STEP 1: Log in to your Quabbly account.

To be able to create a board on Quabbly, you must have signed up on Quabbly, Now, log into your Quabbly account.

Once you log in, you would receive a welcome message from the team. just in case it seems empty, don't panic, you are about to create your first board.

STEP 2: Click on the Create Board group button

To create a board on Quabbly, you must, first of all, create a board group that will house all your related boards.

STEP 3: Name your board group

Name your board group for easy identification of your board group,

💡 Note that you can change the color of your board icon for a more eye-pleasing display of your boards. This makes your workspace look more beautiful.

STEP 4: Click on Create.

STEP 5: Click on the board group you just created.

This board Group will house the boards you are about to create

STEP 6: Then click on the create board button

STEP 7: Fill in the details like Board name and description

STEP 8: Click on create

With that, you have successfully created your board.

• Using Templates

Still confused about where to start or what to create on Quabbly. You can check any of the pre-set templates on Quabbly. These templates are made to replicate real-life applications.

The templates are customizable and you can edit them to suit your process.

To create a new board from available templates:

1. Go to the Home page and click on Create New Board button in the top left corner.

2. Select Use a template from the page pop-up to display a collection of available templates.

3. Select any template of your choice.

4. Check the preview and click on the Use a template button.

5. Then you have successfully created a board.

Your new Board is now ready for use.
